Compliance Risk Management

Work through the compliance risk management cycle, from identifying obligations to monitoring and reporting.

In person · Windhoek · 19–20 November 2026 · 12 CPE hours

Course overview

Compliance risk management is a cycle, not a checklist. Organisations need to know which laws and regulations apply to them, where a breach is most likely and most costly, and whether their controls really work.

This course follows that cycle from start to finish, while keeping accountability with management and the board. Over two days, participants define their compliance universe, assess and prioritise risks, turn them into practical risk management plans, check that controls work through monitoring, and report the results in a way that drives improvement.
