What we believe

Founder and Lead Facilitator
Thomas Paavo Hamata | CISA | COBIT 2019 Foundation
Thomas is a governance, risk and assurance professional with experience across internal audit, IT audit, technology risk and control, regulatory compliance and fintech regulation. His career has included senior leadership and specialist roles within banking, financial services, payments and international technology environments.
He has worked across Sub-Saharan Africa, Central Europe, North America and the United Kingdom, and has led assurance and capability-building work involving technology governance, cybersecurity, operational resilience, third-party risk and digital transformation. Thomas is an accredited ISACA trainer for CISA and COBIT and is committed to making high-quality professional learning practical and locally relevant.
